Shops and restaurants are clustered downtown, blocks from the water. No matter what your budget is, you'll be able to shop and eat - there's everything from thrift stores to high-end boutiques. Be sure to check out the Harbor Village, a waterfront promenade with a variety of restaurants, shops, and sailing and diving companies. Rent a paddle boat or kayak and enjoy a day on the water at the marina. Ventura is home to Channel Islands National Park - 5 islands just off the coast with controlled visitation, so there's no crowds! We're also close to Ventura Community College - if you're taking classes, you can basically roll out of bed and head to class (or the beach - we've got some of the best breaks in SoCal!). Of course, you'll have to come home eventually to rest and recharge. When you do, you'll be welcomed by our friendly, on-site staff. Your apartment home will have tons of options to decorate and customize just to your liking. Pinehurst is near Hwy 101, giving you access to the entire California coast!
